In 2016, Hamza found himself searching for a small office to rent in Casablanca. What should have been a straightforward task quickly turned into a frustrating experience—fake listings, misleading ads, and agents who promised one thing but delivered another. This moment stayed with him, sparking the idea for something bigger.
For the next decade, Hamza immersed himself in the world of digital marketing for real estate, working closely with developers and agencies, learning the ins and outs of the industry. By 2024, after successfully leading a project for a major property developer, Hamza knew it was time to act on the idea that had been with him since that frustrating day in Casablanca.
He gathered his team and decided: “It’s time to create a platform that changes the game.” That’s how Mestate Group was born—a platform designed to help real estate developers and agencies promote their projects with honesty, efficiency, and innovation.
Starting with Mestate.us in the USA, Hamza’s vision didn’t stop there. By 2025, Mestate will expand to Morocco, France, Tunisia, and the UAE, connecting professionals and clients worldwide.
